Q: How exactly does it work for multisites?

Hello Scrollsequence team:

Before purchasing, I need clarification on how your licenses work with WordPress Multisite (subdomain mode).

My situation:
- I have a WordPress Multisite installation with more than 10 subsites in subdomain mode.

- Main domain: mydomain.com
- Subsites: client1.mydomain.com, client2.mydomain.com...

My questions:

1. Does the "Pro Plan (10 sites)" license cover:

A) Only one site (the main domain mydomain.com), allowing unlimited subsites?

B) Each subsite separately (i.e., I would need a license for more than 10 sites)?

2. If I purchase Level 1 (10 sites) and activate it across the entire network, will all subsites have access to Scrollsequence features using only one license, or do I need to purchase a license for each subsite separately?

Thank you for your clarification!

Hi Rickmark,

Thanks for reaching out!

1. Site counting: Each subsite in a multisite network counts as a separate “site” toward your license. So, the Pro plan would cover up to 10 domains or subsites in total. For example, if you have the main site plus 10 subsites, a 10-site license would not cover all of them.

2. Network-wide activation: You can activate Scrollsequence across your network, but the license will only cover up to the total number of sites included in your plan. Any subsites beyond that limit will not have full Pro features and may display license warnings.

If your network exceeds 10 sites, we recommend upgrading to the Business Plan license to ensure all subsites have access to Scrollsequence features.

You can do so here: https://scrollsequence.com

I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you have other questions.
