Q: 1) Is there a limit to the number of mindmaps?

2) Can a mindmap be shared or embedded in a webpage?
3) I see that items in the mindmap can be made into cards, but then does the card somehow refer to the mindmap? In other words, can there be a link in the card that will open the mindmap and/or highlight the exact item in the mindmap?

A: Hello,

Thank you for contacting us with your questions regarding Mindmaps. We are happy to provide you with the following information:

There is no limit to the number of Mindmaps that can be created on our platform. You can create as many Mindmaps as needed for your projects.

While Mindmaps cannot be shared or embedded on webpages at this time, they can be shared with individual team members and teams within our platform. This allows for easy collaboration and communication among team members.

When a card is created from a node on the Mindmap, it becomes a committed work item and is no longer a part of the Mindmap. However, you can still reference the Mindmap from the card by adding a link to the Mindmap in the card's description or comments section. This will enable team members to quickly access the Mindmap from the card when required.

Thank you for considering ScrumDo. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best Regards,
ScrumDo Team
