Q: I don't think I understand correctly.
My customers, more than 5, would only be able to share boards if they are an internal user unless u made our work together available on a public board for anyone to see?

May 15, 2024A: Hi there,
Thank you for your question about sharing boards in ScrumDo.
In ScrumDo, when you make a board public, it means that anyone with the board's URL can access and view its contents. However, public boards do not allow for collaboration or active participation by external users. If you would like your customers to actively collaborate on a board and contribute to its contents, they would need to be internal users with Customer access within your organization account. This ensures that only authorized individuals can actively participate in the board's activities.
I hope this clarifies the sharing options in ScrumDo. If you have any further questions or need assistance with sharing boards or any other features, please feel free to reach out. support@scrumdo.com
