Q: I have two questions please: Does ScrumDo record employee attendance and departure if it's on the browser or the application?
And does it track employee activity during working hours?
Does it provide reports on the total working hours on a specific project or an employee's working hours or their leaves, etc.? Can I benefit from it as an HR tool?

Thank you for your questions and for your interest in ScrumDo.
ScrumDo is primarily designed for agile project management and collaboration. However, our platform offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing users to customize and adapt it to various workflows. Many of our users have successfully utilized ScrumDo to streamline their processes across different areas, including project management, team coordination, and HR-related tasks.
While ScrumDo does not currently have specific features for employee attendance and departure tracking, our platform does offer a powerful time tracking feature. This feature enables team members to log the amount of time they spend on specific tasks, providing valuable data for resource allocation, project progress tracking, and even billing purposes. The time tracking feature can be a helpful tool in understanding the time invested in different project activities.
Regarding reports, ScrumDo offers a range of project-related reports that provide valuable insights into task progress, team performance, and project timelines. While we do not provide native reports on employee leaves, or HR-specific metrics at this time, because you can leverage custom data types in ScrumDo cards, it is not uncommon to see them used for HR purposes including employee vacation, leaves etc..
We value your feedback and suggestions, and we are committed to enhancing ScrumDo based on user needs, including exploring opportunities for additional functionalities and reporting capabilities, such as those catering to HR needs, in future releases.
If you have any further questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with, please feel free to let me know. support@scrumdo.com
