The Best

This is one of the best productivity tools any business owner must have. Easy-to-use interface, with all expected great features, great UI design for easy navigation. This is certainly the best of all the similar software I have. Totally happy. Thanks to the Team

Wow! Powerful stuff!

This software is actually 10 years old, thus is very mature and it shows. I am actually surprised to find it on here. It's very powerful and could easily compete with some high end scrum software out there. Even if you don't need scrum the kanban board functionality is like Trello on steroids and this is just a quick overview by me but I can already see the depth of its power and everything is working well as it should.

Brings complete focus to your life

I was hesitant in my initial purchase, but it was the right time right place for a solution to where I was at.

Previous state - Using Excel Spreadsheets & Emails inter org with an ever-increasing demand on both my personal & workspace.

Current state - Complete focus on what is important to least important, with easy-to-understand relationships between projects, a history for each project, easy to follow.

I was a novice to the Agile / Kanban world, but purchasing this software gave me a massive easy to navigate framework. It allowed me to learn about & implement a variety of frameworks outside of the standard To Do List functionality. It is also worth mentioning there is an easy-to-follow tutorial, smartly designed into the use of the system. Do this from start to finish & you will have it down in no time, the more you put in the more you get out of it.

This software suits a diverse set of needs. Too much to list here but suffice to say they will have you covered. A few listed below.

-Logical Pipeline Management (many templates to choose from)
-Swim Lane functionality
-Label & Tags setup to filter for quick access
-Card Values to focus on biggest ROI projects
-Risk Analysis Options
-Relationship – ‘This Blocks That’ logic
-Milestones - Bigger picture achievement views & reports
-Custom Fields - Not restricted by rigid one size fits all - Tailor to what you need
-Automation Rules - Auto introduced Cards when you need them eg Weekly at 6am (program it & then just follow your to do list).
-Multiple Reports & Dashboards with reasonable configurability
-Easy Import from Excel for quick setup (make sure you use this as it is a 10-fold time saver if you want to setup all the Card Values – ie allows for auto Value sorting)
-Can also Export Data for Reporting or other integration needs.
-API & other software integrations – Hoping Salesforce will be added at some time in the future.
Mind map – I only started using this recently. I can see it being a great place to throw ideas at the wall, then easily turning them into Working Projects at a click of a button (I think an underrated feature is the Mind Map meta view that allows you to see & navigate through all your Workspaces & Portfolios at once – Really gives a sense of seeing it with a meta understanding)

Most Team related software does not allow for the multi-tiered project management, whereas Scrumdo does it with ease, with the ability to set user roles to see/not see what you want.

Overall, the UX is intuitive & smart in its design & is ambitious in its reach & scope.

I went for the tier 3 licence as I see it being a long-term solution to my goals. I am a slow learner & it took me 2.5 days to get the system on the most part, & another 3 days to setup both my personal life & business life on it. For me a total of 1 week & I am a convert for the foreseeable future.

It still needs some shoe polish, most of my suggestions to date have been adopted in a short time, with some others added to the tim

A lot of potential for agile development

Hey Team Scrumdo!

Hence I'm really on my way since 2005 in agile environments and saw a lot of tools over the years, I really was surprised to see such a tool here with this functionality. I'm not to deep in the details yet, but spend some hours to create portfolios, boards and so on.

Whats really cool from my point of view up to now is:
(+) Template for printing
(+) Support for Flight Levels, SAFe and LeSS. The outstanding thing here is, that you don't need additional addons. If you like SAFe in a portfolio configuration, you can build it. If you want to create a Flight Level 2, you can build it. Like LeSS more? Build it.
(+) A lot of practices regarding the Kanban Maturity Model (e.g. aging of cards, process policies, Min / max WIP Limits, …) are supported. This might be an option for your choice if you are using this KMM. I have to check in detail, but looks nice
(+) Complete Board Designer, e.g. you can create „header columns“ and assign columns to it (quite nice idea), Swimlanes are possible, too
(+) The card configuration (multiple check lists on on card -> nice!) is also done quite nice.
(+) Showing dependencies in cards
(+) Mindmap View

There are also some improvements from my side
(-) Removing a label leds to removing one row of my second level board (and resets all of my work). Perhaps I did a mistake here, but that has to be catched through the system from my point of view.
(-) My biggest point is: It's not really intuitive, you need some time to understand. It feels a little bit "heavy". But I did a research in the internet and it seems, that this already improved, based on the past. So my assumption is, there will be more improvement in the future.

One wish (I think it's not possible, but not 100% sure)
(o) create a WIP limit over two columns, covered by two header columns (use case: I have two swimlanes, and two times the same column (e.g. processing) and I want to define an WIP limit that checks both colums (2*processing) _under_ the two headers)

So the next points from my side will be to use it in Reality. Especially the metrics like histograms and CFD looks promising - but I have to check. As, and there is also an App. Have to check this too.

So I was struggeling between 4 and 5 tacos, but for the enormous potential and my last ratings with a 5 stars I gave, 5 is deserved :-)

Great Support & Tool

Originally there was a glitch when I was redeeming my code and they took care of it within a few hours. While in the tool, it asked if I wanted an onboarding tour/call. I signed up and we (their team and I) worked through what I was trying to achieve and was shown how to achieve it. This is/was a fantastic call! At the end of the call, I now believe Ajay & Desiree are truly committed to ensuring my success (not just with their tool - but with my processes and capabilities - they showed they care). I have many project management tools but am going to test drive this one to its fullest. Support is amazing and once I had committed to test driving it fully and Ajay and Desiree offered to review my forward progress. This type of support goes beyond the call of software support duty! And it demonstrates to me this is the type of tool (and team) I want in my toolbox. Thanks ScrumDo Team and Appsumo!
