Originally there was a glitch when I was redeeming my code and they took care of it within a few hours. While in the tool, it asked if I wanted an onboarding tour/call. I signed up and we (their team and I) worked through what I was trying to achieve and was shown how to achieve it. This is/was a fantastic call! At the end of the call, I now believe Ajay & Desiree are truly committed to ensuring my success (not just with their tool - but with my processes and capabilities - they showed they care). I have many project management tools but am going to test drive this one to its fullest. Support is amazing and once I had committed to test driving it fully and Ajay and Desiree offered to review my forward progress. This type of support goes beyond the call of software support duty!
