They designed it in such a way that it's not user-friendly. Sure, the API exists, but you need this add-on to make it functional. Yes, there's a Chrome extension, but again, you need that add-on. If I had known all this upfront, I definitely wouldn't have invested.
I'm just feeling frustrated because I see this pattern in other apps too. They claim that their product is a fraction of the cost compared to competitors, but it turns out that the lifetime deal itself isn't usable. The most disappointing part is the constant promises of "coming soon," and when it finally arrives, it feels like the deal is worthless. It's not even about the money; it's more about the principle.

It throws "500 Internal Server Error" frequently when you try to scrape anything. Their lead management and storage is unorganized and not user-friendly. Their API is practically useless for users who need more than a few hundred leads every month. Their support gives you the feeling they're on their last breath.
But the quality of the output when everything works fine, is great.
Best LinkedIn Scraper I have used so far. Way better than Closely. Excellent at providing lots of enriched data from LinkedIn info on Sales Navigator and it got emails for about 30% of my leads which I consider very good although if course I wish it were better. Thx.

Worst customer experience & support
I am adding my review after almost 10 months of using the product.
I am even a regular subscriber of their $39/mo add-on because they cleverly didn't add their best features to the LTD plan.
As a product and scraper - it's one of the best no doubt. So much potential!
Updates and innovation are dead slow.
But the customer support & the experience has been an absolute nightmare. Frequent bugs in the products which they haven't been able to fix yet.
They change their credit system every few weeks, and it's just confusing and totally misleading.
I have lost clients and money literally due to their errors & not be able to fix things on time.
Also, a terrible communicator in the chat, not be able to clearly explain what's going on.
