I'm not a fan of LTDs. Scrupp is the only tool I bought from AppSumo. Initially, I was able to use it, but after a few months, I tried multiple times and found that the app was broken.

The support team seems confused and doesn't understand what is happening with their own tool. They keep directing me to the wrong solution. After a few weeks, I became very frustrated. I spent so much time on Scrupp and was never able to make it work. When I suggested that they should improve the tool or leave the business, they suspended my account because I created multiple support tickets, and they are no longer interested in responding.
It is natural that some LTD tools may not work. However, this situation feels fishy, especially since the founder keeps hiding from the public. He never even revealed himself while promoting his own tool.
