The product works well...when it does.

It throws "500 Internal Server Error" frequently when you try to scrape anything.
Their lead management and storage is unorganized and not user-friendly. Their API is practically useless for users who need more than a few hundred leads every month.
Their support gives you the feeling they're on their last breath.

But the quality of the output when everything works fine, is great.
