We are using seranking, it is an ok tool, you need to spend time on it, but the support is terrible. All answer what you get is, where you can find the answer in their "blog" and when you have a meeting, they do not even show up, they read your email, but do not reply to it, and this after 2 times not showing up. Q: Would not recommend to get seranking, only on the fact that they do not respect their previous ltd buyers ...
Once they add new features they don't share them with previous ltd buyers, they want more money from you.
