Decent product but no support and some issues
Eight days ago I sent three different support questions using the email address and different contact options from the website or app and haven't heard back on anything. Overall, I like the product. Here are a few things I was hoping to hear back on:
1. As I publish new posts and pages or make edits to these, is searchiq automatically aware of these changes for indexing or does something manual need to happen?
2. Is there anything I can do so that my internal use of my website doesn't get included in the analytics?
3. I don't have images turned on because this doesn't seem to work but on a mobile device the default image (what should be used if no actual image for that page exists) shows up for all of the results.
Overall, I want to continue using and keep this app but it's borderline helping and hindering my user experience and if I don't hear back soon, I will refund.

1. For a WordPress website, the new/edited posts are indexed instantly, and the changes are reflected in the search results. For a non-WordPress website, our delta crawler checks the sitemap every hour and automatically indexes the changes.
2. No, the analytics data will be recorded for every search query on the website.
3. Regarding the thumbnail images, we have responded to your email and are waiting for the details.
