Q: How long to train your custom model after requesting? Been more than 2 weeks and no response even after follow up.

Custom model training usually takes a few hours depending on the queue and the complexity of the model. Two weeks is definitely not normal, so something may have gone wrong with your request. Did you train your model yourself or you request about High Quality model?
Could you please confirm if you’ve already sent us your brief, budget, company name, and moodboard or assets? This information helps us process and prioritize your training request.

requested high quality twice. But why would you need budget, company name, and moodboard or assets for custom model other than briefs. I requested high quality model. I am on tier 3 plan that includes 3 custom trained models.
