Hi, I'm really enjoying Seelab. Are the video credits reset monthly, or are they a one-time allocation?

Used Kling v3 Pro (says 4 credits for generation) with the following settings -- 16:9, 720p, 4s duration, and with audio It consumed a whopping 48 credits, and the generation history said "something went wrong". When I refreshed, the video wasn't there at all. Can I get a refund? I felt bad use of the video edition as it was also my first time trying it. Hi, in your help center, flux kontext is referred as your image-to-image editing model with complete user prompting guide. When I look it up in my account, I see only nano banana as the prominent option, with remix and structure reference (with most models available). What happened to the flux kontext, because I want to try it. Hope it is still included in seelab. Thanks!
