Q: Video consumed 48 credits and I didn't get a vide generated
Used Kling v3 Pro (says 4 credits for generation) with the following settings -- 16:9, 720p, 4s duration, and with audio
It consumed a whopping 48 credits, and the generation history said "something went wrong". When I refreshed, the video wasn't there at all.
Can I get a refund? I felt bad use of the video edition as it was also my first time trying it. These credits were part of the Appsumo Tier 3 deal I purchased so I was excited to try it for the first time.
