What is the policy difference? Where can we see that so we can make a decision to bump up to Tier 3 or not. I checked your website but wasn't clear there either, so if you can list out the policy types of docs we get for each Tier it would help us. Thank you.

Thanks for your query. Tier 2 only has 14 privacy policies, but Tier 3 has six HR policies and 14 privacy policies. More policies, including HR and Corporate policies, will be added in the following weeks and months, but they will only be available in the Tier 3 package.

Hi, I understand that Tier 2 offers 14 policies and Tier 3 offers 20 policies. I asked for a list of the difference so I can make an informed decision if I want to upgrade. You gave me a vague response so how would I make an informed decision. I can read the various plans you just regurgitated... It doesn't tell me in your plans OR your response the types of policies we get. I think that would help if we want to upgrade or not. This is feedback. When someone asks you a direct question please don't regurgitate the same thing (which they can read), be informative. How you support your own product makes a difference in us requesting a refund and going to another company like TRUENDO on App Sumo to buy from them who wants to answer questions. Don't be lazy in your support.

Regarding your earlier question, it is clearly mentioned that 14 policies contain privacy policies, but as you are asking about 20. We have 6 HR policies and 14 privacy policies, and we are also updating the corporate policies in those policies. I trust this answers your question.
