Most people wanna set it up and forget it. Good luck. Not the case with this. It's a bit frustrating and I'm a techie... I say this with the utmost respect. When you have a product, make it for the user not the developers who created it. And make sure to do Quality Assurance testing...

- English US changing the cookie body text doesn't work *they had to manually make the text change for me.
- Some logo stuff is broken when trying to customize.
- GDPR included CCPA but you wouldn't know that because they have a CCPA separately but it's not clear *suggest a tool tip.
- Just not as intuitive as it could be. I suggested to do 1, 2, 3 and be more clear, you're kinda all over the place. Clicking efficiency is not that great either sometimes have to click 3-4 steps for something so basic.
- Hidden menu items that should be more prominent.
- WP plugin was told that you install it and it works. Not 100% correct. IF you already bought it via AppSumo you already set up an account. The WP Plugin is if you NEVER EVER set up an account. Now as of this date of the review you can use code as a work-around but the WP Plugin doesn't recognize your existing account, it treats you as new. And there's less features on the plugin.
- I spent about 30 minutes with their support team showing them all the ways they can improve.
