I purchased SellerPic as an AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) user, expecting the platform to continue improving and expanding its AI capabilities over time.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

One of my biggest concerns is the AI video model selection. Instead of adding newer and more capable AI video models, SellerPic has actually removed several models that were previously available, including Kling 1.6 Pro, Kling 2.1 Pro.

This is the opposite direction I expected from an AI platform.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Hailuo 2.3 is listed in the interface, but it doesn't work properly. So we have models being removed while a newer model is displayed but apparently isn't functional.

I contacted SellerPic support about this, hoping to get an explanation. Instead of addressing my questions about the removed models or Hailuo 2.3, I was given an offer to use Seedance 2.5 through another service, Nexscope, for $0.10/second, including a discount for a new subscription.

Honestly, this was not what I expected from an LTD platform.

If newer models are available, why not integrate them directly into SellerPic?

If the concern is API cost, SellerPic could simply use a dynamic credit system where more expensive models consume more credits. That would make much more sense than removing models and directing LTD customers toward another paid service.

There is also another issue that concerns me: SellerPic appears to have removed its Discord community/server, which was an important place for LTD customers to communicate, provide feedback, and raise concerns.

The timing and lack of communication surrounding this are concerning. From a customer's perspective, removing a public community channel where LTD users can openly discuss issues can give the impression that SellerPic is reducing the visibility of customer complaints rather than addressing them transparently.

If the Discord community was removed for legitimate operational reasons, I would appreciate a clear explanation from SellerPic. But for LTD customers, losing an important channel for communication and feedback is particularly disappointing.

As an AppSumo LTD customer, I don't expect every AI model to remain available forever. I understand that APIs, pricing, and licensing can change. However, I do expect the platform to evolve rather than become less capable over time, and I expect clear communication when significant changes are made.

My main concerns are:

❌ Previously available AI video models have been delisted.
❌ Hailuo 2.3 is listed but doesn't currently work.
❌ Newer AI video models aren't being added fast enough.
❌ Instead of improving the SellerPic platform, support is promoting another subscription service.
❌ The Discord community appears to have been removed, reducing transparency and direct communication with LTD customers.
❌ There doesn't seem to be a clear roadmap for AI model expansion for LTD users.

The potential of SellerPic is still there, but the current direction is concerning.

I hope the team will reconsider how they handle AI model availability and communication with AppSumo LTD customers. I would much rather see SellerPic add newer models with appropriate credit costs, maintain transparent communication, and provide a clear roadmap than continue removing models and reducing the available channels for customer feedback.
