2. When is a dark mode coming?
3. What is the ETA for more and better way to actually design the shop frontend?
4. How do I add short video clips?
5. IS there a multistep post-sales process (e.g. drop mails to explain things, offer upsell, ...whatever)
I seriously want to love this in depth, but as much as I like it from the backend, the frontend makes the business and the front end is, carefully said, 1990 style and not appealing in any way.

1. The Q&A is only available on your marketplace page, not on your storefront. If you’d like to see this introduced to your storefront, feel free to add this to our roadmap here: https://roadmap.sellix.io/feature-requests.
2. Dark mode is here, both for your dashboard and your storefront. You can enable dark mode for your storefront here: https://dashboard.sellix.io/settings/shop/design.
3. This is on our roadmap, check it out here: https://roadmap.sellix.io/feature-requests/p/theme-editor-and-website-builder.
4. You should be able to add a YouTube video link to your product description page by tapping on the “Images” button on your product edit page.
5. We’ve recently launched support for upselling, learn more on how you can get started: https://help.sellix.io/en/articles/6255265-how-do-i-create-an-upsell-product-page. Regarding drop mails, this might be interesting to introduce in the future. Feel free to add it to our roadmap as well.
