Q: Hi there, I'm interested in purchasing.
2 questions:
1) Other platforms offer the option to completely disable reviews. I'd like to know whether this is an option and how it can be done.
2) Do I need to create a shop on your site in order to make a sale on my Wordpress site? Say I wanna host on AWS instead, can I delete the shops I create without deleting my account? Not sure how much it would make sense to bother support all the time for these types of basic functionalities, so I'm hoping they're built into the system.

1) Unfortunately while you aren't able to disable customer reviews, you are able to dispute false reviews that do not fall in line with our feedback policy. This is to prevent fraudulent businesses from operating on our platform.
2) You'll have to create your own account/shop on Sellix to accept payments with our WooCommerce integration since you'll have to connect third-party payment gateways along with connecting your crypto wallets for payouts.
