1. I want to sell memberships for my business model, inside the memberships people would have access to deals from partners of mine. They would only be able to use each of those deals once. Is this something we are able to sell and control?
2. I want those partners to be able to also sell these memberships, am I able to keep track of sales from each partner?

1. This is something you should be able to via our Subscriptions Developer API here: https://developers.sellix.io/#subscription. You can bill your customers per month and on your end provide customers with access to deals based on the response from the API for subscription:renewed, etc. To sell a recurring Service, this can be hosted on our storefront without the need for developer support.
2. Unfortunately not, you aren't able to build a marketplace on top of Sellix simply because that's not what we were built for. If this is something you'd like to see introduced in the future, I think it'd be great, feel free to add it to: https://roadmap.sellix.io/feature-requests!

It would be a once-off payment. For instance, you pay $300 and then get access to 15 coupons from business partners. Just wondering how we can manage the coupons on the backend so they can take them to a partner to redeem and only have access to use them once.

I think you might be looking for Sellix Payments in that case and a CMS (content management system). You can learn more about this here (Sellix Pay): https://developers.sellix.io/#sellix-checkout. In short, you can accept one-off payments and in return, deliver X amount of codes to the customer email for them to redeem.
Whether or not the customer would have access to it in the future is up to you. We do not have any license management-esque system available at this time, so you'll have to develop something on your end.
