This is extremely unlikely just like crypto wallets. Nothing will be refunded and they will reopen under another name in several months.

They say they seized all servers and our user data too, "for further investigations". Well done Appsumo.
All the companies that are seized by the FBI are not allowed to reopen for months given the speed at which justice is moving and I would be surprised if they reimburse any funds from the wallets or subscriptions that you have purchased. Use your company's insurance and go to another system like Sellhub or Shopify.
