Dear AppSumo, further to the events surrounding Sellix - I recommend removing the 'Launch Sellix' button from the AppSumo dashboard of the customers who have purchased this. It is not a good look.
So far I love this service. It's easy to use and very intuitive. I love all the options it gives for payment.
However, I have a few small issues, one that can be a very big problem for customers.
The big issues is compressed files from this service are being reported as suspect by my chrome browser so strongly that they do not give an option to view the file.
This will be an issue for customers who are getting a "this probably contains a virus" message. But it may cause issues with actual item redemption because the files were not able to be accessed through chrome with common settings people will likely have enabled by default.
I am not savvy enough to know how to begin the solution.
The other issue I have is a small one. I wish there are more templates to choose from and easier ways to adjust site colors that I may have just overlooked.
I think the service is great and really hope there is a way to address my big issue. Service seems to reply quickly.

Hey there, thank you for the review! We'll surely look into the Google Downloads issue, not sure why that happens. As for the themes, our theme builder was just released (few weeks before going live with AppSumo) which is why we only have a definite number of templates.
I bought this back in June last year, but started building my store just a month back. It was fairly easy to set things up. Whenever I got stuck with something, I reached out to their support via chat and they have always responded immediately and helped me out.
I had reported some bugs as well and they came out with fixes within few days, and worked with me in realtime to fix few other issues that I ran into while setting up the store. Daniele has directly reached out to help fix some of these issues.
The platform is still work in progress and there are features that are not yet in place, but I am happy with the overall features and functionality as it is, and very impressed with the responsiveness of their team. I am confident that the platform will mature into a top offering fairly soon if they keep up the good work.
Other than some of the features that are work in progress, one crucial suggestion for improvement I have would be to improve the product documentation and make some good tutorial videos. While they have some documentation and help files, it's a bit sparse at the moment imho.

Just a couple of suggestions about your Checkout process:
1) It's not a good idea to have a "Google Pay not showing?" error message on checkout for every user (not everyone needs this option) -the space is already very cluttered.
2) On the product page, the "Price/Pay" section needs always be accessible (sticky on the visible part of the screen, like Gumroad does). This would greatly increase conversion rates, because with a long product description, the client have to constantly scroll the page to find the button.
Otherwise, very good app!

Promising Platform / Responsive Team!
