Promising Platform / Responsive Team!
I bought this back in June last year, but started building my store just a month back. It was fairly easy to set things up. Whenever I got stuck with something, I reached out to their support via chat and they have always responded immediately and helped me out.
I had reported some bugs as well and they came out with fixes within few days, and worked with me in realtime to fix few other issues that I ran into while setting up the store. Daniele has directly reached out to help fix some of these issues.
The platform is still work in progress and there are features that are not yet in place, but I am happy with the overall features and functionality as it is, and very impressed with the responsiveness of their team. I am confident that the platform will mature into a top offering fairly soon if they keep up the good work.
Other than some of the features that are work in progress, one crucial suggestion for improvement I have would be to improve the product documentation and make some good tutorial videos. While they have some documentation and help files, it's a bit sparse at the moment imho.
