It says its integrated in hubspot. Can I send links to my sales agents that puts them into a role play? Would each be considered a 'user'? or are the users the people who create the content. Also, how do you teach the ai? Can you upload videos?

May 15, 2024A: Great questions, Jeff! All agents who want to have access to the platform and roleplay should be added as users.
To teach AI - you can custom build your own roleplay prompt. You have access to default prompts for cold call and discovery call roleplays but you can tailor them to your use case by adding your target audience, service description, scenario, etc. You'd need to customize your prompts manually, you cannot upload videos.
So, the problem is I have 250 real estate agents. Is there an option?
The maximum number of users you can add with the highest tier is 10. For your case of 250 real-estate agents, you can check our Enterprise plan on our website that's built specifically for large teams (annual contract, 100+ seats).
