Q: I just tested your product.
IMO, what is missing is that you outline what went wrong but do not generate what would be a "good" conversation. Would you be able to fix this?

May 15, 2024A: If I understand your question correctly, you can use current scorecards as a starting point for a "good" conversation structure. Based on that, you'll see what you do well (getting 100%) and what you can improve (getting less that 100%).
