Q: I'm VERY excited for this.
My questions are regarding "playbooks" and how to train the sales bot with different selling methods.
1. What types of sales styles are included?
2. What does it look like to add a different sales method to the A.I trainer?
3. Can we modify the sales A.I to be able to grade and provide feedback on different types of metrics?
For context for question 3, I'm learning the N.E.P.Q sales style that Jeremy Miner teaches (in case your familiar) this process focuses on asking more questions to the prospect and focusing more on them talking and for the salesperson to be more in discovery mode, as opposed to driving the call. Could we instruct the A.I trainer to be train this kind of sale style?
BTW excellent idea and from the looks of the platform really well put together. Looking forward to trying it out myself.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Josefa!
We are excited too! Answers to your questions:
What types of sales styles are included? You can add any type of playbook for real-time assistance. The playbooks are static and show tips and questions during calls as a reminder to apply them. After the calls, you can see playbook adoption to evaluate which questions you asked and what responses you received from your clients.
For the scorecards to find areas of improvement, you will be scored and coached with the out-of-the-box solution. We added my methodology based on my learnings from MEDDIC and GAP Selling, among other best practices. Plus, you will get a full AI summary that covers 10+ commonly required highlights for strong discovery.
Note: We can custom build all of these based on your methodology and rubrics, but this is only available to our enterprise annual subscriptions.
What does it look like to add a different sales method to the AI trainer?
By AI trainer, if you are referring to the AI roleplays - You can custom build your cold call and discovery meeting scenarios based on your use case (industry, common objections, etc.) or use the out-of-the-box solution, which challenges you with common objections and lets you pass if you cover certain criteria like identifying pain points, clearly communicating the value prop, etc.
We can go super deep into your playbook and methodology (even custom methodologies and frameworks) and add scenarios based on your real client calls, but again, this is only available for our enterprise clients.
Can we modify the sales AI to be able to grade and provide feedback on different types of metrics? Yes, but only with an enterprise subscription.
AND of course, I know Jeremy Miner and the N.E.P.Q sales. It's pretty close to GAP selling, which is more focused on asking more questions instead of pitching :)
Excited to have you on board and let me know if you have more questions.

Some follow up questions that I didn't include above
4. Do you have a Roadmap?
5. Do you have an Affiliate program?
6. Are you looking at future Sales Trainer Collaborations?
There are plenty of sales trainers that have large audiences that would get a lot of value from this product. Could they work with the team to train your A.I with different sales styles so they can use it specifically for their students?
Awesome questions here!
4. We don't have a public road map yet, but we'll announce it here if we add it.
5. Currently, we're in the phase of establishing our affiliate program. To be among the first few to join, simply email us at help@sellmethispen.ai expressing your interest in the program. We'll get back to you with the latest details on the program and will take the conversation from there :)
6. We're actually already working with a few Sales Trainers, so the answer is yes, we're looking into collaborations. With trainers, they provide us with their methodologies, and we custom build roleplays, scorecards, playbooks, tips, etc based on their practices, so they can share it with their clients, or in the case you shared - students.
