A: There are still some major differences between the Pro and Enterprise plans. Mostly for number of seats, gpt4, premium voices, dedicated account manager, dedicated customization/implementation specialist, etc. Because all these are pretty expensive, they're reserved for Enterprise clients and won't be added to the LTD, as it won't be sustainable for our business. But also, providers are getting cheaper, and when the price for gpt4, premium voices, etc will go down we'll consider adding them to the Pro plan as well :)
