Answering your most frequent questions:


  1. You can add more contacts without switching to another tier. 


If your contact list has slightly grown but you are not ready to switch to another tier, we have a solution for that. 


When your contact list goes over your limit, you will get a notification in your personal account that from now on you will be charged $0.005 per email over the limit. For example:


You have bought tier 1 - 7500 contacts

Your contact list grew with 1000 contacts, so now you have 8500 contacts.

You will pay $5 (1000 * $0,005) for 1 email to your extra 1000 contacts.


Before your emails are sent, you will get a notification with the due sum. 


  1. There are no daily sending limits. The number of emails you can send is unlimited. The limit is only your number of contacts, which depends on the tier you’ve bought.

  2. With Selzy, you can create sub-accounts. Each of them will have its own unique login and password.

  3. You can add multiple email addresses to your Selzy account. Doesn't matter if you have 1, 2, 10 or 20 domains, you can add them all.

  4. You have the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan in your AppSumo personal account. Just go to View and change plan. Upgrades can be made at any time while the product is available for purchase. Downgrades, however, follow the 60-day refund policy.

  5. You can use your own branding in emails. There won’t be any Selzy branding in emails.
