I was informed today that my "lifetime account" was terminated due to inactivity and I was notified via email. This is not what I purchased and I did not receive such an email that I could find from the company.
The clause you’re looking for in our Terms of Service is actually in Section 3 (Use of Software), under “Suspension of Service”, rather than in Section 5.
I liked Selzy, it fit my remit, it had everything I needed, and even enabled me to integrate with my Wordpress store, and included other integrations, which was great. Unfortunately integrations no longer works.
We were glad to see our tech support was answered immediately! Kudos to the team for answering every support question that we had. Deliverability was great too, it did everything we asked it to. A 100% recommendation!
I have given it 4 stars because I have been using it for 2 days things are going great with this tool. Support is very great. Just there are small glitches like when I update the form so changes do not reflect and similarly it has small glitches. which is a bit annoying rest everything is good.
But I think in future they will improve it. I will edit ratings and reviews after 1 month of experience.

Great product, but a little buggy.
