Q: Help with merging credits
Hey, I sent an email a couple of days ago about stacking two Tier 5 plans. I’ve already purchased the second one, but I haven’t received a response to my email yet. I might need this resolved fairly urgently because I’ll be using a lot of credits soon. Could you please help me with this?

I already sent the two invoices, I'm waiting for the merge and it would be useful to have a "reset credits" day to know when that happens.

Hi Fabian, can you tell me which email did you send us like ” email subject”
have sent most of the emails through the website's widget, so the subject should be generic: "Re: New Contact form submission from OpenWidget at ...". However, I sent a new one to the email thread with the subject "Request to merge credits - urgent" so you can identify it easily.
