I have purchased Tier 1 and activated as per the instructions I also only got 300 credits on Tier 1 - what happened to the other 700?

@Hazem thanx for the follow up. I can see that the credits were adjusted yes thank you but there's still some issue when i do a domain overview – now it saves the overview results when I navigate between tabs, but im not able to open the saved overview results. If I try and open it, it only gives a white screen with no content.
@Ryno glad its fixed. I'm guessing you are on Safari? it's a safari issue. If you view it on Chrome, it would work fine. Let me know here or via email

Same thing about the credits with me currently and I am using Chrome. I bought Tier 1 - and only got 300 credits.
I am actually in a Google Meeting appointment with SemDash, and I've been waiting for 12-15 minutes so far. I also emailed them 5 minutes into the meeting.
I emailed: semdash.seo@gmail.com. No one is responding and nobody is at our scheduled google meet appointment.
I feel jipped.
@daniel I checked up on that and was told you had your meeting with someone from our team and all is good now. Can you confirm?
