Q: Missing credits when I signed up
Hello,
A few questions / comments:
1) I just signed up -- when I came on, it only indicated 300 credits not the 1000 credits that is discussed for Tier 1? (see #2 below)
2) I attempted to click the support link, but nothing happens. Possibly a bug? How do I contact you?
Thank you -- interesting product but credits are used up quite fast.
