Q: Missing features and credit system concerns

I’m considering your lifetime deal but have concerns based on reviews.

• Credits are deducted inconsistently
• Viewing previous results uses more credits
• Navigation within results also costs credits
• No caching—repeating a search uses credits again
• No preview of credit cost per action

Are these accurate? If so, are fixes planned, such as:
• Caching results to avoid repeated charges
• Clear, consistent credit usage
• Free navigation within existing data

Also, compared to tools like Semrush/Ahrefs:
• Will Google Ads/PPC research be added?
• Any plans for technical site audits?
• Is keyword position tracking included, and how detailed?

Thanks in advance. These answers will help with my decision.

A: Credits is straight forward you get let’s say 10K credits per month. Keyword research tools and competition analysis consume 50 credits per results page
Or 25 credits for backlinks research tools

Regarding the tools you mentioned we are clear about what we offer, you can test every thing with a free account.

You can also view our changelog and roadmap for planned features.

Your response about credits doesn't answer the most important part of his question that many of us are curious about. As credits can be complicated and appear to be double-charging when navigating the search results.

The easier and cheapest option is to serve users cached data or stored static database. But we choose to offer you fresh data updated every day with seo metrics.

You’re getting access to massive amount of data on bar with semrush and Ahrefs and we want to give users the full access to live real data instead of old saved historic data.

We’re getting a lot of heat for it now but on the long run…

Hi Hazem, the problem is that it takes away the credits when I click on any page in the research results. Even if I go back to the page I was on a moment ago. This has nothing to do with the freshness of the data.

@aigisthos drop me an email on support@semdash.com with more details and maybe i'll be able to fix

Sorry Hazem, but your answers fall short of what is expected of a full and honest answer. People are paying twice for the same results, and you don't see that as a problem??? And we want answers here, so others can see, not to have you pivot us away via email. This is not good enough. People here are savvy. If a product falls short, then listen to customers and include something in the roadmap.

@robert you're right and i'm not trying to pivot away. it's the opposite i want to better understand. for example i already added caching for 1 of the tools and want some users to test it before i deploy it for all other tools.

You missed other questions that have been asked...
• Will Google Ads/PPC research be added?
• Any plans for technical site audits?
• Is keyword position tracking included, and how detailed?

Which tools are you likely to roll out caching for? This would seriously sway my decision to buy if I knew that caching for at least a small amount of time is coming soon so that credits are not consumed every time I navigate through results.

@everyone BIG UPDATE: we just updated the entire system. We combined live data with caching your results in your browser for 30 mins.

meaning: if you a search for long tail keywords for "affiliate marketing" and view first 3 pages, that data will be cached in your browser for 30 mins. everytime you request the same info it will be served from the temp cached data without making a live call nor de
