Q: NOT Answering Support Tickets

I wrote to you 12 days ago for the first time asking a question about Credit usage.
Sins then I have bumpte the email 9 days ago and up until this day no response form you....
Should I take this as an example of your support or did I fall through the cracks.
Hope to hear form you soon so I don`t have the refund the purchase for lack of support and not for the quality of the product

I wrote to the support more than a week ago as well and have not received an answer. Seems like this is going to get refunded a lot. Which would be sad because the app has potential but many appsumo deals keep missing the support part.
