Q: Product Activation Issue

I’ve purchased a Tier 2 account, but after activating my account, I noticed that it only shows 300 credits instead of the expected amount for the Tier 2 plan.

I’ve already emailed support@semdash.com with the subject line 'Missing Credits on Tier 2 Plan Purchased from AppSumo.' In the email, I attached my invoice and provided my account email. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thanks!

@Enricofra There was an issue with the Appsumo api integration that caused it. I believe we emailed you already and fixed it. if not, just drop us an email on support@semdash.com

Same here, I purchased tier two; it showed 300 credits and after a few minutes now shows 1000 credits, but should be showing 4000 for tier two.
