Q: Credits limit reset date information in profile
There is currently no visible option to check when credits will reset. This creates uncertainty in daily operations and planning. We cannot predict usage or manage limits effectively without a reset date. Is there any plan to add a feature that clearly shows the reset date so users can manage usage and plan work more effectively
Hi I wrote to you 12 days ago for the first time asking a question about Credit usage. Sins then I have bumpte the email 9 days ago and up until this day no response form you.... Should I take this as an example of your support or did I fall through the cracks. Hope to hear form you soon so I don`t have the refund the purchase for lack of support and not for the quality of the product thanks

I wrote to the support more than a week ago as well and have not received an answer. Seems like this is going to get refunded a lot. Which would be sad because the app has potential but many appsumo deals keep missing the support part.

Hi, I bought a Tier 5 LTD account on appsumo. I tried to activate it a few minutes ago by clicking on the link on the website but the popup gave me a 403 forbidden error message. Could you help me with activating my account? I tried on multiple browsers without any success..

Ok I finally managed to activate my account. It's showing appsumo tier 5 but 0 credit. I'm replying here since it seems to be faster than email (I haven't received a reply so far)
