Semdash was using credits here there and everywhere

I submitted some videos to dev to help trouble shoot

they kindly said they would give my plan an upgrade

they upgraded the account but a week later the upgrade had disappeared again.

the review reply is false, the dev specifically told me that he upgraded my plan to tier 3

this is cut and paste from the email "I've upgraded your account to lifetime tier 3 with 10K credits "

lifetime it said not temporary.

and when the refund date was past the upgrade disappeared

I would have refunded

so double untrustworthyness
