I feel duped!
I bought three codes for 15,000 subscribers and after moving my list over from Mailerlite, I feel like I was tricked out of my money. So many bounces on emails! Apparently I have to pay a monthly fee to make sure my emails reach my subscribers. This is wrong on so many levels. The whole point of having paid already was to have a great email provider without recurring fees. Unfortunately I wasted my money and will have to move back to mailerlite - who are pretty fantastic on every level. Pretty disappointing Appsumo. Your deals from other brands are way better than the ones you offer from your own company.

First, to be clear, there's absolutely NO truth to needing to pay a monthly fee to deliver your emails. If you heard differently, let me know at david@sendfox.com and I can personally take a look for you.
Further, we do see people sometimes come to SendFox and get high bounces... and the reason is actually good! It's usually because their previous email tools weren't delivering to all their subscribers, where SendFox does. The first 1-2 sends usually clears out those hard bounces from your list so everything is fine going forward.
