Q: Hello, I am wondering if this will work with wordpress and a business email address like mydesign@gmail.
com or mydesign@hotmail.com? As opposed to using a premium email account?
Or as per, will the email address need to have the same domain as the website it's being sent from (ie. it's for a small woo commerce business), so hello@mydesign.com for example.

As for using emails like @gmail.com. No, you don't need our services to send emails from emails like this. They already come with SMTPs.
The SMTP email doesn't have to have the same domain as the sending website.
