I wanted to like this product, but it doesn’t work. When I try to add a domain, it’s not saved and I can’t verify the DNS records.
While their UI appears intuitive, it lacks: - onboarding guide - tutorial - help desk/knowledge base - ticketing system for requests
This is an immediate refund - can’t even test it, so who knows if it works?!

We are sorry you are having issues getting started. We do have an onboarding guide at docs.sendhq.io.
As mentioned in support chat, the DNS entries will have to be validated before the domain can be saved. DNS propagation takes a while, though major providers like Cloudflare propagate within minutes.
We will persist the configuration for the domains so you can come back later and validate...

Does what it should do...
Needed a SMTP server for sending occasional confirmation mails.
Was easy to setup in SendHQ and does what it should do...
The UI is simple and for me not so intuitive. Nevertheless I was able to configure domain and SMTP server within minutes.
I'm very satisfied with the product and I hope it stay this way.
