Doesn’t work
I wanted to like this product, but it doesn’t work. When I try to add a domain, it’s not saved and I can’t verify the DNS records.
While their UI appears intuitive, it lacks:
- onboarding guide
- tutorial
- help desk/knowledge base
- ticketing system for requests
This is an immediate refund - can’t even test it, so who knows if it works?!

Thank you for your suggestions. We have refined the onboarding process to make it easy to add domains.
You can close the page and come back to it later to continue. The DNS records will remain the same.
Also, there is always a chat box on our website if you need anything.
