I'd jump on the annual plan in a hot minute if it was grandfathered. Unfortunately the limits for the Lifetime plan are too low so not as appealing - which is a shame because SiB is great.
That is disappointing to hear. The LTD has really low limits with only 5,000 emails per month. Indeed, the free plan you are offering on your website has a higher limit: 300 emails per day times 30 days is 9000 emails per month.
The LTD does have premium features but at the end of the day, it is all about the monthly email limit. Unfortunately, you won't win me over as a paying customer with this offer.
I would love to see you and your team reconsider this offer. Even if you can't lock in the annual renewal rate. Maybe you could give all sumolings a locked-in discount on the regular rates after year 1.
I'm sure this deal would become really popular and you could win over a lot of paying customers if you tweak it a little bit.
