Just to be clear, I am talking about sending content/emails with affiliate links to the subscribers who have opted to receive emails, and not about spamming to people or cold emails.
2) In which circumstances you will ban or suspend accounts? Most email marketing platforms have their own rules/guidelines, usually some minimum spam rate or unsubscribe rate, just curious to know about yours?

1. As long as your contacts are opt in they can send to them, including affiliate links.
2. Suspended accounts are case by case and your account could be suspended if it falls below the following:
To provide the best service quality, we monitor the performance of all marketing campaigns and transactional emails sent from SendinBlue shared IPs. All emails must meet or exceed the minimum market baseline metrics, specifically:
* Opening rate of at least 10 - 12%,
* Unsubscription rate no higher than 1 - 2%,
* Hard bounce rate no higher than 2 - 3%,
* Complaint rate no higher than 0.2%.
