Q: I thought this was a lifetime plan but it shows my account plan had expired today and the email credits etc are now 0

I have a LTD bought in 2017 and never used it. Until today I logged in and found that my account was put into suspension mode stating compliance with email campaigns which certainly was never used. So I reached out to support to look into it, however they removed email credits, cancelled LTD subscription and said the account was flagged due to their algorithm. I am surprised to find that SendinBlue/ Brevo following such practice. I am putting my issue here so that someone who have managed appsumo LTDs earlier at SendinBlue can look into this mistake. Kindly help.
