I have some pre-sale questions and concerns I need to get clear answers before I dive in:
1. For the upcoming client portals, would it be possible to embed links for external platforms such as Looker Studio, Videos etc? Being able to embed anything that is embeddable in a client dashboard is a must have feature for me.
2. Is it possible to sync all client emails and replies in the portal? So that every client communication is streamlined via a simple chat interface inside the portal itself which both client and I can use.
3. It would be great if we could know (during the time this deal is live on AppSumo) whether the white label and custom domain option be available for Tier 2 customers?

2 - Don’t think we’d do that. “All” emails would mean like it’s essentially an outlook in CM. But we will have emails next year.
3 - Our AppSumo deal will end a few months before white label :)

1. Can you please explain what do you mean by 'emails'? Being able to email docs directly via portal? What else would emails allow us to do?
2. You mentioned in another answer that a chat function will be released early next year. Can you please elaborate more on that?
I just want a portal that allows me to communicate with clients from within the dashboard itself for stuff like chats, feedback, requests etc. It would be so cool if clients can get an email notification about an unread chat.
FYI, Kitchen.co does this really well but sucks at simple docs like proposals, contracts etc and I'm torn between that and CM :(

1 - Emails being sent in-app. Like proposals, contracts, invoices, etc.
