I cannot recommend Sendinblue
After hearing so many good things about Sendinblue, I decided to pick it up here and try it out. I don't have a list to import, so I wanted to take it for a test drive, so I just added a couple of my email addresses. However, when I tried to send an email, it kept reverting to draft mode. I was told by support I needed to have my account validated, which is no big deal. Except, they needed 11 contacts that have opted in in order to do so, and as I mentioned, I didn't have any to import here, especially for test purposes.
I tell them this, and that all I wanted to do was test it out and see how it worked. Long story short, due to support not understanding what I wrote, they canceled my account because they thought I bought my list. (Again, I obviously said I didn't have a list). I literally just wanted to test it to see if it worked well for me.
This is the most complicating setup I ever dealt with. I never got to test it. But the customer support ensured that this isn't the right software for me. I do not recommend Sendinblue.
