Wordpress Plugin leaves Automation code that cannot be deleted
Software is slow but gets the job done. For the price, it's fine and imo worth it.
My concern is with the horrible coding of the plugin.
I installed a chatbot via their marketing automation script / wordpress plugin.
YOU CANNOT DELETE THE SCRIPT IN ANY WAY. I even removed the code from the header.php file. I uninstalled the plugin and even uploaded fresh header.php files to my theme via ftp.
Even then, the sib-automation code remains in my site. No matter what I do it's still there.
It's breaking my site currently because it is blocking elements on my page. I can't hide it and it's a total joke. I have opened a ticket and have gotten no response so far.

sorry to hear.
It's hard to diagnose from here what went wrong but I'll try my best.
If you have also have the Woocommerce plugin, then you will have to delete that as well.
If you added our script manually, you will have to remove it from the console and then our script will not be visible on the client side, after removing the cache and cookies.
