May 15, 2024A: Email warming is not a requirement to send emails. We do have a premium warmup feature that is available in early-access beta. You can request it through the support chat if you have a paid plan.
Although not a requirement, we typically recommend keeping your warmup always on while sending campaigns to maximize your deliverability.
I purchased the 3rd tier available here on AppSumo so would this allow me access? Also I purchased my domains through namescheap. Can I utilize their business email plan or would you suggest I purchase a Google or outlook emails for better deliverability?

1. Yes tier 3 will give you access. Please go through our support chat to enable it for your account.
2. Domains through namecheap is fine. For email, we recommend Google workspace or Microsoft office 365 for the best deliverability results. Namecheap email will not be good and will land you in spam.
