Spintax is essentially customization of your email copy based on a set of words or phrases.

Spintax is designed to help differentiate each email you send, and it can sometimes be the key to landing in the inbox.

How does Spintax work?

The Spintax format is usually words or phrases separated by the | symbol, and enclosed within curly brackets.

For example:

{CEO | Director of Sales | Director of Marketing| Executive Director}

(you can add spaces after each word. It works with or without them).

In this example, if you were to write an email, we will randomly choose one of the phrases to put into your email.

That way, each email you send is slightly different.
