So far so good
I am currently looking to send 1500 emails a day using 14 domains and 42 gmail sending accounts. so far send now has shown promise with some of my test accounts . the interface is simple enough to use, deliverbility seems to be very decent, i have encountered 0 issues
Their support is absolutely rock solid. they reply to me within 10 minutes or less. at some point, i felt like i was replying to slowly
here my little gripes;
a) Auto responses are removed from the drip campaign even when the contact is out of office. Their team has indicated creating another campaign or adding those contacts back into the campaign it was taken out of. That being said I am not clear on whether the contact would receive email 1 again or would go ahead and receive email 2 as planned. this is particularly stressful for me to navigate
B) Warm up feature is not yet activated as it is being tested by the team and will be rolling out soon
C) Lack of contact profile. Say a contact responds, i am unable to go into the contacts profile where all their information is save i.e website, linkedin profile etc
overall, this is a good roll out with lots of potential> i am giving it a five stars because of the support team, and the little gripes i have are software updates that will be coming soon...

1. We will be adding support for automatically re-enrolling contacts who were out of office. You will be able to do that with one-click.
2. We do have a contact profile with basic fields when you click the "manage" button on a contact from your contacts page. This will also be improved soon to give you a complete holistic user profile.
